Final COVID-19 tracker
First Trust Economics Blog just published, what they say, their final COVID-19 tracker update, you can find it here:

I absolutely loved their approach and the updates through the pandemic. No hand waving, no name-calling, no blaming, just pure charts and data presented in a way that’s digestible and not overwhelming. It was a great companion to refer to at the end of the week to see which way the pandemic was progressing.
Their final tracker commentary did have strong language and opinion as it relates to the lockdowns. What’s done is done and there is no way to turn back the clock, but I hope the people in charge of government policies look back and evaluate what, if anything, could have been done differently.
I would like to see each government review their policies and outcomes and evaluate themselves. Of course, I doubt that will happen — people will be blamed personally so it’s unlikely to happen, unfortunately. If we could always find a way to disconnect people/personalities from actions and outcomes, I bet you we would discover different ways we could improve.
